Belly Bowl Workshop
Nurtured mom Andrea Puszkar, a talented potter, is offering a unique workshop for expecting moms to create a permanent memory of their beautiful growing bellies!
She is offering a Belly Bowl Workshop, where you will make a functional clay bowl cast from your belly. You will also get a plaster cast of your belly (I have seen some beautifully decorated and displayed belly casts in homes) and learn how to plaster cast. What a great opportunity - if I still had a big belly, I'd be there in a heartbeat!
It's taking place Friday Aug. 8, Monday Aug. 11 and Monday Aug. 18 from 7-10 pm at Tunstile Pottery (2733 Agricola St., Halifax) and costs $120 for all materials and instruction.
