I had an email from a customer in Alberta today who is having a little trouble learning to wear her newborn in a ring sling. In an effort to help remotely, I found this great video, produced by the wonderful folks at Maya Wrap:
The "Tummy to Tummy" carry is exactly how I wore Spunky every single day as a newborn. I recently loaned my ring sling to a friend who has a nearly-two-year-old and a 5 month belly for a trip to Italy, and when I looked at the fabric, slightly faded from wearing in the sun, at the beach, at the park, absolutely everywhere, I started feeling a little nostalic...my little Spunky is nearly a year-and-a-half old!
