Baby Allie lives!

Well, Baby Allie is finally ready to go under the tree. Although in total hours, she didn't actually take that long to put together, it did take me awhile to complete her. It's been fun making her - I am not really that crafty, and so far I prefer knitting, but I think we tend to like what we know. So, I hope to make another some day, but...I have some other projects first.

I really have to thank April. She motivated me, helped me with many aspects of making her, provided me with some supplies - in particular her hair, and made the darling outfit that she is wearing. I saw the wool that became her hair sitting in April's wool basket. I immediately had to have that hair, as I was not happy with the hair I ordered - it just didn't fit with my vision of the doll. April graciously traded hair with me. Thank you so much April! It would not have gone so smoothly without you. The wool fairy also helped me out by making the cap that you sew the hair onto. Thank you so much Wool Fairy!

I'm quite in love with her. Baby Allie/Wild Al/Spike. I hope Bunny likes her!

Happy Holidays to everyone.
