THIS Is Why I Love Babywearing
A friend of mine sent me a link to this product the other day. I had never seen it before, but when I did, I'm quite sure my eyebrows met a part of my forehead they've never touched before, I was so shocked by what I was looking at. There is truly a gadget for everything.
I see moms every single day struggling with infant car seats. I've carried them myself - one hands, two hands, left hand, right hand, hobbling down the street, banging the car seat off my knee. I did it for a total of four days with Spunky - long enough to get him home from the hospital. At that point, we replaced our infant "bucket" with a rear facing car seat that remained in the car, and Spunky was toted by sling.
Having your baby close, nearby for breastfeeding, cuddling, sleeping ON MY BODY, to me, is the epitome of hands-free convenience.
